This theater was the Surf theater in OIcean City which closed in the late 60's early 70's

This was originally the Showboat Theatre, built in 1929 after the big boardwalk fire. It was later renamed the SURF Theatre. It had over 2,000 seats, but no balcony. Around 1978 it was converted to a mall.
